Very quick to come and assess the problem. They have sealed around the flashing kit so hopefully will have fixed the problem. Has said I can call if there are any issues with work done.
Had contacted John and his team for a quote and they came out next day and did the repairs there and then. They took photos of the issues with the tiles and asphalt roofing and gave us a good quote with a 10 year guarantee for any problems regarding the work.
